Volkswagen is well known for its expert attention to detail and satisfying the needs of almost every customer available, and with the latest additions to the equipment range, some of the models will be at an even better spec for the same price as before.
For example, the new Golf Estate Match Edition will replace the SE trim line and will be bring in a wide variety of new features that help to make the Golf Estate better value for money.
With new additions such as the 16-inch ‘Dover’ alloy wheels, the Mirror Pack with electrically folding mirrors, a 6.5” colour touchscreen and Bluetooth connectivity for audio and telephone usage.
Included in the upgraded infotainment system is the impressive Discover Navigation system, which includes branded points of interest, speed limit pointers and three-route option selection when picking your destination. It also includes a three-year subscription to the Car-Net Guide and Inform programme that keeps you up to date on your local surroundings.
These great additions and many others aside only add £100 to the standard price of the Golf Estate, and the Match Edition starts from £22,045.
Further additions to the range include new allergy filters to the Performance Golf and Golf Estate models to help reduce the amount of particles getting in the cockpit through the air conditioning and also the Discover Navigation infotainment system is added to both sets as standard.
The Passat and Passat Estate also have some new standard equipment for the GT and R-Line models, as the Active Info Display system (a 12-inch high definition TFT screen with customisable menus and information) and Panoramic Sunroof are now part of the equipment lines.
