The iconic Beetle has recently had a refresh in terms of style and substance, and the coupe that defined Volkswagen for a large part of its history has been given another update to make the already in-demand model even more desirable.
With individuality one of the key markers of the Beetle since its inception, the new range of accessories and trims give more choice. With brand new paint options of ‘Bottle Green Metallic’ and ‘White Silver Metallic’ and a new flatter and sportier bumper, the Beetle takes on a whole new character and with new alloy options also, you can change the look of your model as you wish.
As well as an updated interior to include new dials, panel lighting and dashpad styling for the Design and R-Line trim levels, the ‘Black Style Package’ accents many features of the car, such as the wheels, mirror caps and the roof.
One new version that is entering the range is the Denim special model, which harks back to the 1974 ‘Jeans Beetle’. It uses ‘Stonewashed Blue Metallic’ paintwork for the body, a jeans-coloured convertible roof and 17-inch ‘Circle’ wheels in a ‘Dark Graphite’ finish. With jean-style pockets on the blue Sports seats paired with the matte aluminium-blue dashpad, there is a sense of style on the interior you don’t experience in many other vehicles.
An updated R-Line interior package has also been introduced, which adds sporty style to your Beetle. With R-Line logos throughout the interior, the R-Line multifunction steering wheel and ‘Kyalami’ or ‘Vienna Leather’ textile options, the interior is a much different place with this package.
As well as the continuation of the ALLSTAR trim line towards the end of 2016 and the introduction of the high-end Beetle Exclusive with specific options, the Beetle range is continually growing and changing to give you more choice.
