In the most recent Which? 'Best Buy' guide, Volkswagen topped four of the categories to show off the brand's dominance and quality in the industry.
In the City Car class, the electric e-up! came top. With surprising amounts of space and a range of 93 miles for its electric motor, the e-up! is a perfect fit for the urban environment.
With an infotainment system, split-folding rear seats and power-assisted steering, you will find the e-up! both practical and entertaining during your drive. The electric theme continues through VW's recommended buys, as the e-Golf topped the Medium Car class, with the Which? Judges affirming it having: "All the brilliance of a Golf, but battery powered."
As usual with the Golf range, the e-Golf is practical, spacious and a well-performing engine, with this full-electric system providing up to 118 miles off a single charge.
Another Golf model also won the best MPV honour as well, with the Golf SV taking the category. Described as having: "all the benefits of a Golf and more", the Golf SV was also said to be 'a fine five seater', with the larger Golf version adding more usable space to the already practical model.
To round out the success of the brand in the Which? 'Best Buys', the Passat Estate R-Line topped the 'Estate Car' category. Which? described the Passat R-Line as: "A consummate all-rounder, that blends estate versatility with the upmarket image of a premium German saloon."
With these four models winning their respective categories, it shows the breadth of abilities and versatility of the VW range.
